Justin, i want say thank you for fixing the storage door and for providing clear information on my rent payments. I recommend anyone to have a fulfilling customer experience with Justin. He makes this storage place feel warm and safe.

Justin Smart is a very nice and diligent manager at the site. It is always a pleasure doing business with Justin. He really cares about customer satisfaction and he has always taken great care of my account and the property upkeep.

These guys have the best customer service of any unit I have far! I shopped around for a space for work and Castle Mini was the only company that had the combination of services I needed. Russell and his staff go above and beyond! I get packages shipped weekly. They not only accept my freight but they actually deliver it to my unit! Most storage wont accept shipments but these guys actually take my freight to my unit. They are excellent. If you need storage in Montgomery County come here. Great rates and 5* customer service. Doesn't get any better!

price point decent for location, not state of the art but clean and dry

I was not advised of price increase or change of site for payment. My late fee was to be waived because of the change in online payment site and ensuing issues. The site does not issue a confirmation number it is supposed email a receipt for payment which it did not. The late fee was NOT waived. Also when I moved in the manage at the was supposed to fix the latch on the door so than it was moveable. He did not. My friend fixed it.

Hi Karin, I'm Jeff Kinder, the President of the company. That your latch didn't work is inexcusable. Thank you, so much, for handling it yourself. Frankly, I'm embarrassed you had to. Just because we are the best price in Montgomery County doesn't mean we can let our standards down. We pride ourselves in being the best value! Let me know how I can make that up to you. Many thanks for taking the time to give us your feedback. When things like our property taxes and utility costs go up, we sometimes ask our customers to help defray those costs through a small price increase. When we do that, our software system automatically notifies you by mail and email at least 30 days before the price change goes into effect. When you make a payment, our software automatically kicks out a receipt to print at the office and sends it to the email address on file. If you are not receiving notices and receipts, please contact the store and make sure you have your correct contact information on file.
